The Honda Dream Generator is an AI-powered animated film generator that takes families on a personalized dream adventure with the Prologue. Viewers selected various details for their adventure and then AI generated a custom dream film based on their inputs, sending families on a fantastic voyage made just for them. An experience that demonstrated how amazing journeys can come to life when you’re powered by dreams.
Problem
Working with a third-party vendor presented challenges that resulted in a poor, and disjointed customer experience across platforms. I was brought into review the current experience, propose improvements, and unify the UI and CX across Desktop, Mobile, and FireTV experiences.
Process
Beginning with an evaluation of the delivered experience, I documented this original CX and developed a proposal for revisions. Once approved, I worked with the creative and developer team to integrate the new flow into the UI with recommendation solutions for a horizontal navigation mobile process that did not translate from desktop effecitvely.

In the first 18 days over 366K page views, 247MM impressions, and Engagement Rates over 70% with 72% of customers more likely to consider Honda Prologue as a result of this partnership
